Shallow breaths in the dark
On a sad summers night
Just a slow shooting star
Always trying to fly

Taking leaps into hope
That the future might change
To get caught by the ropes
That will rot into chains

Always thinking you're free
It's your life and your way
At the end of  the lead
Being pulled on by fate
